Frequently asked questions
Does the guest list cost anything?
No. Guest lists and complimentary tickets are free with maintix – including the personalised mobile ticket and entry scan.
Do I need special devices for the door?
No. A smartphone with a browser is all you need. If you’d prefer rugged entry devices, we can rent them to you pre-configured.
Can I set up a new party every week?
Yes. Every event gets its own sales link, categories and guest lists. One team with fixed roles works across all your parties.
What happens if someone can’t use their ticket?
They can transfer it to someone else or sell it to other fans via ReTix – with a new ticket issued in the new name, so everything checks out at the door.
