Does maintix work for large festivals?
Yes. Entry handles a measured rate of around 3,400 scans per minute, and you can use as many smartphones or rented entry devices at once as you like. For very large events, we plan your entry together with you.
How do you stop fake festival tickets?
Every ticket is issued in a name, tied to a smartphone and shows a live code that changes every 15 seconds. Copies, screenshots and printouts won’t work at the gate.
Can I sell tickets in phases?
Yes. Create categories such as Early Bird, Phase 1, Phase 2 and VIP, each with its own sales window and allocation. When an allocation sells out or a window closes, sales move on automatically.
When do I get paid?
Payouts are made after the festival. Before that, you can request an advance payment in the dashboard, which we release after reviewing your sales history.
