Can we invite attendees free of charge?
Yes. Guest lists let you send free, personalised tickets – by invitation or via a sign-up link with a fixed allocation.
Is maintix GDPR-compliant?
maintix runs on servers in Germany, and the database is located in the EU. You can conclude the data processing agreement (DPA) under Art. 28 GDPR directly in the dashboard and download it as a PDF.
Do we get an attendee list?
Yes. The dashboard shows every attendee with their category and check-in status, and you can export the data.
Do corporate customers get an invoice?
Buyers receive an order confirmation showing all amounts. As the organiser, you remain responsible for invoicing your own corporate customers – get in touch and we’ll find the right solution for your event.
