Can I sell tickets directly through my social media channels?
Yes. Every concert has its own sales link. With tracking links, you can see whether Instagram, TikTok or your newsletter sold the most tickets.
How do you protect my fans from overpriced tickets?
Through ReTix, tickets can be resold for no more than double the original price. Reselling on other platforms is prohibited in the customer terms, and tickets offered there can be blocked.
Do you offer reserved seating?
Right now, maintix sells tickets by category and allocation – for example standing, stand or VIP. Get in touch if you need a seating plan for your concert.
What happens if a show is cancelled?
If you cancel a concert, all buyers are refunded automatically and notified by email.
