Ticket and system fees are fixed, apply per ticket and are subject to VAT on top. The payment fee (1.5 % + €0.25 per ticket) passes on the payment provider's costs. The buyer pays everything in the final price.
You decide what you get per ticket. maintix adds a ticket, system and payment fee that the buyer sees in the final price. It covers payment processing, ticket delivery, smartphone entry, the dashboard and support.
